SindhiKeyboardOnline.me is primarily a tool site — its main function is to provide working keyboard tools, not to publish journalism or opinion. But every keyboard page includes substantive written content covering script mechanics, Unicode implementation, and practical typing guidance, and the site also publishes a dedicated blog of longer technical and historical articles. Both are held to the same standards of accuracy and usefulness described below.

1. Our Editorial Purpose

We write for readers who want to understand what they are using, not to generate search traffic at the expense of substance. Every published page on this Site — whether a short explainer on a keyboard page or a full blog article — should leave a reader better informed than they were before reading it. If a section of content does not directly help someone type, understand, or trust the tool they are using, it does not belong on the Site.

2. Accuracy Standards

2.1 Unicode and Technical Claims

When we state a specific Unicode code point for a character — for example, that Urdu ے is U+06D2 — we have verified that code point against the Unicode Character Database maintained at unicode.org. We do not publish Unicode assignments from memory or inference. If a code point has been revised or supplemented between Unicode versions, we note that context rather than silently using an outdated value.

2.2 Linguistic and Historical Claims

Claims about language history, phonology, or the relationship between scripts are based on publicly available academic and reference sources, including Unicode Standard documentation and character notes, established linguistic reference works on the languages covered, and language authorities or government language bodies where their publications are publicly available. When we cite figures such as approximate speaker populations, they are drawn from sources like Ethnologue, UNESCO language resources, or government census data, and we treat such figures as estimates with natural uncertainty rather than exact counts.

2.3 What We Avoid

We do not publish invented or unverifiable statistics presented as fact, content that misrepresents a language's script, history, or speakers, politically charged language characterisations that would be contested by speakers of the language in question, content written primarily for search engine placement rather than reader value, or advertorial content presented as independent editorial opinion.

3. Independence from Advertising

This Site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Advertising revenue does not influence our editorial decisions. The keyboard layouts, article content, and technical choices are made independently of advertisers. We do not accept sponsored placements within editorial content, and we do not write or alter content at the request of advertisers. If we were ever to publish sponsored content of any kind, it would be clearly labelled as such and separated visually from editorial content. As of the date on this policy, we have not published any sponsored content.

4. Corrections Policy

We correct errors promptly when they are identified.

• Minor corrections (typos, formatting errors, broken links) are corrected without a formal notice.
• Factual corrections (an incorrect Unicode code point, an incorrect language claim, an incorrect historical date) are corrected and noted at the bottom of the relevant page with the nature of the correction and the date it was made.
• Significant corrections (errors that substantially change the meaning or accuracy of an article) are corrected, noted prominently, and the "Last updated" date on the page is revised.

We do not silently delete accurate content that is inconvenient or that has generated complaints. Corrections are made only where there is a genuine error. To report one, use the Contact page and select "Content correction" as the subject, including the URL of the page and a description of what you believe is incorrect.

5. Content Scope

SindhiKeyboardOnline.me covers topics directly relevant to its tools and the languages they support: the Sindhi, Urdu, Pashto, Arabic, and Persian scripts and languages; Unicode implementation for Arabic-script languages; typing and keyboard access for right-to-left scripts; and practical guidance for using our keyboard tools in specific contexts and applications. We do not publish content on unrelated topics to inflate page counts. Every page on this Site should be directly useful to someone who is trying to type in one of our supported languages.

6. The Blog

Alongside the keyboard tools, this Site publishes a blog of longer-form articles that go deeper than a keyboard page's own written content reasonably can. Current articles fall into three categories:

• Sindhi Language — history, script development, and how Sindhi compares to related languages, such as History of the Sindhi Alphabet and Sindhi vs Urdu Script Differences.
• Unicode Guides — technical explainers on how specific scripts are encoded, such as How Sindhi Unicode Works.
• Typing Guides — practical, platform-specific instructions, such as installing a Sindhi keyboard on Android and typing Sindhi on Windows.

We add new articles within these three categories as they become useful additions rather than on a fixed schedule. Every blog article is held to the same accuracy and independence standards described in this policy, and every article links back to the relevant keyboard tool rather than existing as a standalone piece disconnected from the Site's actual purpose.
