Response Times

We typically respond to messages within two to three business days. Bug reports that affect core keyboard functionality are prioritised. Feature requests are reviewed monthly.

A key is missing from the Sindhi keyboard +

The keyboard aims to cover all 52 standard Sindhi letters. If a letter you need is absent, please submit a bug report with the Unicode code point if you know it — or describe the letter and the word it appears in.

Copy doesn't work on my device +

The copy function uses the modern Clipboard API with a fallback to the older execCommand method. On some older Android browsers and some restricted desktop environments, clipboard access may be blocked. Try selecting the text in the text area manually (long-press on mobile, Ctrl+A on desktop) and copying with your system's copy command.

Letters appear as blank boxes +

This means your device's font does not have glyphs for those Unicode code points. Try updating your operating system or installing a dedicated Arabic-script font such as Jameel Noori Nastaleeq (for Urdu/Sindhi) or Noto Naskh Arabic. On Android, updating Google's font package usually fixes this.

Can I request a new language keyboard? +

Yes. Submit a feature request through the form with the language name and the script it uses. We will consider adding keyboards for languages in the same Unicode script family — such as Balochi, Kashmiri, Uyghur, or Punjabi in Shahmukhi — if there is sufficient interest.
